Parisian brand Y/Project – led by designer Glenn Martens – is continuing to go through its way. After three months of shooting, they just released the AW17 campaign. Martens says, “Y/Project celebrates individuality.” The shoots take place from the Parisian suburbs to New York, as well as the brand’s atelier to show their unique world. “The campaign is a reflection of our ideology. It’s all about individuals and moments.” he says. The casting for the campaign was also diverse and featured friends, family members – even interns from the Y/Project team.
Photographed by Arnaud Lajeunie and styled by Ursina Gysi the images are smoothly different but belong each other. The AW17 collection contorts traditional constructs in design, continuing with the oversized, gender-bending style and amorphous, multi-textured pieces Y/Project has garnered their fame from.
