Daniel Roseberry; a gift from heaven for the fashion industry, this surrealist genius who allows us to dream through the seasons. In his universe, his love for art is a part of the adoration of being in the world, however terrifying it may be… Daniel Roseberry wanted to pay homage to founder Elsa Schiaparelli’s fascination for astronomy.

In 1877, Elsa Schiaparelli’s uncle Giovani Schiaparelli, the director of the Brera Observatory in Milan, discovered a series of channels, an area as large as the Grand Canyon, scoring the surface of Mars. He also coined the term ‘martian’ and inadvertenly began our modern fascination for creatures.

Once again, the creator pushes the limits of creativity by merging to perfection with several watchwords;
Futuristic, modern, cinematographic, supernatural and dramatic; as if all these words combined had given birth to these divinely irresistible and sensual aliens.

A collection of incredible proportions, huge necklines in the shape of a lunar crater hid the face behind screens of lace, gowns ‘couleur champagne’ with silk bows so sharp that makes us travel from a planet to an other planet, silver spine-shaped jewelry peeking out from the back, a black corset teamed with a latex skirt and polished embellishment… different volumes and fabrics on jackets as if the ’Telluric’ planets came to dress our shoulders, curvy, rocky, unstructured, beaded from head to toe and fringed.

Glamorous dresses with celestial bodies shaped as if they were formed by meteorite impacts and then hi-tech meets haute couture: Delicate and pure, maliciously beautiful and unforgettable.
