Hedi Slimane Is Officially Taking Over at Céline

Hedi Slimane will lead Céline into the world of menswear, couture and fragrance as the brand’s new artistic, creative and image director, as reported by WWD.

Hedi Slimane, one of the most successful but also controversial designers of his generation, will be the new artistic, creative and image director of Céline, the luxury giant LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton announced on Sunday.

The article states that Slimane will join the LMVH brand on February 1st. His first collection will be showcased during Paris Fashion Week next September.
