What are your differentiating characteristics?
My desire to be the best in everything I do – I persistently search for myself and improve until I meet the best version of myself; and my appetite to learn new things.
What is the most important moment in your journey to finding yourself?
Not the most important moment, but the most important process was working in Michelin star restaurants in New York, Lyon and Amsterdam. While working in a Michelin kitchen, you not only take your culinary skills to a very advanced level, but also find yourself in a unique discipline and ambitious work. All of these are vital to where I reached today with my career.
“I persistently search for myself and improve until I meet the best version of myself.”

What’s the best advice you’ve ever received about life?
“If you spend 1000 hours chopping onions, you will be the best at chopping onions.”
If you were to offer advice, what would it be?
Quoting these words of Martin Luther King would be the best advice that can be offered to anyone: “If it falls on your lot to be a street sweeper, sweep streets like Michelangelo painted pictures, like Shakespeare wrote poetry, like Beethoven composed music; sweep streets so well that all the hosts of heaven and earth will have to pause and say, ‘Here lived a great street sweeper.’”
